Fledglings Cricket believe that creating positive learning environments will greatly contribute to a player’s development. In our opinion the ability to do this is crucial for cricket coaches.

Coaches are important role models for players and along with parents, are significant adult influences. Therefore, coaches at all levels continuously need to develop their coaching skills, behaviours and knowledge if they are to continue to have a positive influence and impact on players.

Coaches tend to be solely responsible for their own learning and development, but Fledglings Cricket is looking to offer a range of ongoing support and development opportunities for coaches which include:
