Academy
Open to players from 13 upwards the Academy introduces players to a structured weekly programme which is around succeeding as a competitor.
Any player between 13 - 18 years old can apply to be on the Academy which takes place on evenings and weekends between November and April. Acceptance is dependent on an assessment by a Fledglings Cricket coach and a player’s ability to commit to:
- 12 hours activity per month
- 1 Individual session per week
- 1 Group net session per week
- Individual fitness and psychology support
Fledglings Cricket and Gray Nicolls have come together to form an exclusive partnership embracing County and International quality coaching and playing products.
Players enrolled onto Fledglings Cricket coaching programmes can receive a 20% online discount code and when they reach county standard apply to receive equipment sponsorship from Gray Nicolls.
