International Academy

It is every cricketers dream to play cricket overseas. England has long been acknowledged as the finishing school in overseas player development; enroll on our coaching programme and you can experience the challenges of playing in the variety of conditions on offer.

Being exposed to a good quality of cricket, intense training schedule and learning how to cope as individuals away from home comforts are what we can offer.

Available between April and September we will develop a coaching plan to meet the needs of each individual, we want you to push past your potential.

Programme Content

Club Cricket:	Each player will be seconded to a cricket club and will play Kent League cricket each weekend. Accommodation will be provided by the club to allow for the full English cultural experience both on and off the field.
Batting:	Each player will be given regular weekly sessions, either throw downs or bowling machine. In addition, grass nets will be available as a group prior to the commencement of the overseas season.
Bowling:	Each player will be given tuition specific to each individuals needs.
Wicket Keeping:	Specific tuition will be given covering standing up, standing back, diving techniques, and taking throws from the outfield.
Fielding:	There will be technical advice on all aspects of fielding. We place great emphasis on fielding during our group sessions and in addition further work can be carried out for those individuals in need.
Fitness, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Nutrition:	Advice from leading specialists are available on request.

The main target area for this coaching programme is the young up and coming player who thinks he has the right attitude and aptitude for the hard training ahead.

The price of your International Academy experience will vary dependant upon your individual needs and circumstances.
